Job summary

The Brick in Fort St. John, BC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our service team. You will report to the Operations Manager and focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, following up with customers, supporting loyalty, reviewing daily order reports, and taking on other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate has strong communication, teamwork, and computer skills, with flexibility to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
