• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers entering the store.
• Assist customers with inquiries and guide them through store entrances/exits.
• Identify and address potential safety hazards to ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Respond calmly to urgent situations and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Perform other duties to support store operations and customer satisfaction.
