The Retail Department at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital is seeking a part-time Retail Catering Supervisor. The role involves supervising catering duties within our on-site retail outlet, ensuring high-quality customer service and food safety standards.
Responsibilities include serving NHS staff and patients, supervising catering assistants, maintaining health and safety standards, completing HACCP documentation, and handling cash and banking tasks.
Applicants should have excellent communication and organizational skills, catering and supervisory experience, and strong customer service skills.
The shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 3pm to 7pm. The salary is pro-rata for part-time hours.
