Job Title: Retail Catering Supervisor (Part-Time)

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, one of the UK's largest healthcare systems, employs approximately 40,000 staff across diverse clinical and non-clinical roles. We serve a population of over 1.15 million, expanding to 2.2 million with regional and national services.

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday, 3pm to 7pm. Salary is pro-rata for part-time hours.

Department and Role

The Retail Department at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital seeks a part-time Retail Catering Supervisor. The role involves overseeing catering duties within our retail outlet, ensuring high standards of customer service and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serving NHS staff, patients, and visitors.
2. Supervising catering assistants.
3. Ensuring health and safety compliance within the department.
4. Completing HACCP documentation.
5. Handling cash and banking procedures.

Essential Skills and Experience
