Job summary

Park & Fifth is seeking fashion forward, energetic, mature, and ambitious individuals to join our retail team in Calgary. You must be available to work weekends and have weekday flexibility to support busy store periods.

As a Park & Fifth Stylist you will drive sales, provide exceptional customer service, and offer personalized shopping experiences. You’ll stay on top of current fashion trends, assist with inventory, and collaborate with team members to maintain an engaging store environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a high-level sales person in clothing or fashion.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and meet or exceed established sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Understand clients’ preferences, needs, and buying behaviours to offer personalized recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Accurately and efficiently process client transactions, assist clients navigating our digital platforms.
• Help manage physical inventory, including incoming stock from distribution centre and floor stock movement between locations.
• Maintain store organization, cleanliness and merchandising following directives and product display standards.
• Ensure products are in correct placement and quantity.
• Product maintenance such as steaming, destocking, restocking.

Roles And Responsibilities

As a Park & Fifth Stylist you will:

• Helping to manage physical inventory, including incoming stock from the distribution centre, back stock and floor stock of The Well store and the product movement between the three P&F studio locations and distribution center.
• Maintain store organization, cleanliness and merchandising following merchandising directives and standards of product display.
• Ensuring P&F products are in the correct placement in the correct quantities.
• Product maintenance such as but not limited to steaming, destocking, restocking.

Park & Fifth Sales Associates Have

• Proven experience as a high-level sales person in the clothing or fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of current fashion trends and clothing brands.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
