Job summary

EILEEN FISHER, Inc. is seeking Sales Associates to bring positive energy and help create an atmosphere of possibility for customers. You will promote our philosophy and support our purpose on the selling floor, using technology to enhance service and distribution channels to reach customers.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting, plus merchandising and cleaning tasks to maintain a well-presented store in line with EF standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and tools.
• Aptitude for merchandising and maintaining store presentation.
• Availability to perform opening and closing duties.

Responsibilities

• Share positive energy and create an atmosphere of possibility with customers.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service on the selling floor in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize new technology and distribution channels to serve customers.
• Perform merchandising duties including steaming, folding, and displaying product to EF standards.
• Carry out light cleaning tasks to keep the space neat and organized.
• Execute opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced environment while utilizing exceptional customer service skills on the selling floor.
• Use new technology and embrace all avenues of distribution as tools to service our customer.
• Perform merchandising duties including steaming, folding, and displaying product according to EF visual standards.
• Perform light cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and well-organized space (i.e., vacuuming, dusting, floor sweeping, etc.).
• Perform open and close out procedures as needed.
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
