Park & Fifth is seeking fashion forward, energetic, mature, and ambitious individuals to join our retail team in Toronto. You must be available to work weekends and have weekday flexibility.

As a Park & Fifth Stylist you will drive sales growth, provide exceptional customer service, and develop personalized shopping experiences across our stores. You will stay current with fashion trends, build client relationships, and maintain visual merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fashion or clothing retail sales.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and brands.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Understand clients’ preferences, needs, and buying behaviours to offer personalized recommendations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Accurately and efficiently process client transactions, assist clients navigating our digital platforms.
• Helping to manage physical inventory, including incoming stock from the distribution centre, back stock and floor stock of The Well store and the product movement between the three P&F studio locations and distribution center.
• Maintain store organization, cleanliness and merchandising following merchandising directives and standards of product display.
• Ensuring P&F products are in the correct placement in the correct quantities.
• Product maintenance such as but not limited to steaming, destocking, restocking.
