We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic sales associates for both full‑time and part‑time roles. If you have a passion for fashion, love helping customers, and are motivated by achieving sales goals, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or high-end fashion retail is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to style customers and provide sizing guidance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day running of the store including opening and closing procedures.
• Provide styling and sizing advice, sharing product knowledge and encouraging sales.
• Use of POS system for transactions, refunds and inventory checks.
• Receive deliveries, unpack, price label, and steam new garments.
• General daily cleaning and tidying of the store and its contents.
• Change mannequins and displays as directed.
• Act as ambassador for our small local business.

We are the experts in all things luxury, with an emphasis on European brands, quality fabrics to last a lifetime, and unique pieces you won’t find in the mall. Providing personalized shopping experiences and excellent customer service is at the heart of what we do. We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic sales associates to join our team, we have both full-time and part-time positions available. Day to day duties:

• Providing excellent customer service – offering styling and sizing advice, making suggestions, sharing product/brand knowledge and encouraging sales
• Use of POS system for transactions, refunds and inventory checking
• Receiving deliveries, unpacking, price labelling and steaming new garments
• General daily cleaning and tidying of the store and its contents
• Changing mannequins and displays as directed
• Being an ambassador for our small local business
