Job summary

Park & Fifth in Vancouver seeks a passionate Retail Sales Manager to lead our flagship studio, owning the performance of the business, driving sales, and developing a high-performing team that delivers an exceptional client experience aligned with brand values.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to sustainability and thoughtful design. You will manage appointments, inventory, and in-store activations while coaching staff to exceed goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience (fashion industry preferred).
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience using sales data to inform decisions.
• Strong understanding of merchandising and inventory management.
• Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30+ lbs.
• Customer care experience is an asset.
• Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Redo is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee studio appointments and walk-in experiences, delivering exceptional, personalized service.
• Demonstrate expert-level product knowledge across all collections (P&F Social, Un-Bridesmaid, and Bridal).
• Resolve client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Own and drive sales targets, developing strategies to achieve and exceed goals.
• Analyze sales performance and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Motivate and coach the team to consistently deliver strong results.
• Identify business drivers and proactively solve challenges.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, organization, and replenishment.
• Maintain operational efficiency within the studio.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling retail environment.
• Ensure product is presented according to brand standards and inventory levels are optimized.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales associates.
• Conduct regular team meetings and 1:1 check-ins to support performance and growth.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
• Support in-store activations and marketing initiatives to drive traffic and brand awareness.
• Own Profit & Loss accountability for the studio.
• Manage labour and expenses to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

Experience: 2-5 Years Retail Management

$70,000–$75,000, depending on experience

Salary based on experience

Bonus: Up to 6% paid semi-annually based on sales performance, labour management, and individual performance

Key Responsibilities
