Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian owned jewelry company, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Oshawa, Ontario location. You’ll lead a team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional client experiences.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail experience with process management (e.g., inventory control) and is based on a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Salary band: CAD 43,000–48,000 with a bonus program and benefits.

• 3–5 years of retail experience with process management (e.g., inventory control).
• Rotating schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience developing and coaching a team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day retail store operations and coach a team to drive sales.
• Assist Store Manager with planning, process coordination and clear direction to staff.
• Collaborate with city retail leaders to ensure consistent client experiences and feedback loops.
