Hillberg & Berk in London, ON is seeking a Store Manager to lead a new store, drive sales, and deliver exceptional client experiences from day one.

You will recruit and mentor a team, manage operations, and ensure the store meets ambitious growth targets while reflecting our brand values. This temporary role offers potential for permanent employment as we expand our Canadian retail presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience including some supervisory or management experience.
• Practical experience and knowledge in managing retail teams and operational processes.

Your Role As Store Manager

Vacancy Type:

Existing Salary Band: $55,000-$60,000 In addition to base salary, we also offer a competitive bonus program, benefits, and total rewards package. If your experience does not meet or exceeds these role requirements, this salary band may be adjusted accordingly in the event that an employment offer is made.
