Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian owned jewelry company, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Scarborough Town Centre location in Toronto. You will support store operations, coach a team, drive sales and ensure an exceptional client experience through effective process execution.

Applicants with 3–5 years of retail experience and some process management background are encouraged to apply; supervisory experience is a plus, with a rotating schedule including evenings and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience with some process management experience (inventory control optional).
• Supervisory experience not required but asset.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day store operations and coach a team.
• Drive sales and ensure a consistent, exceptional client experience.
• Coordinate planning and processes, provide clear direction to staff.
