Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication with customers and team
• Passion for retail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Driven by metrics to deliver business results
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor others
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, overnights and weekends
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate sales floor, stockroom and office
• Willingness to travel as required

• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts
• Own assigned area of responsibility

• Perform Service Leader duties

• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience
