Old Navy in Canada is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and team, driving profitable sales through customer and product operations, merchandising and talent development.

You will support the execution of the store strategy with your General Manager to achieve performance goals and coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• A high school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and team to hit goals.
• Passionate about retail and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Metrics-driven to deliver results.
• Able to lead and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to drive store sales and deliver results.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent execution of SOPs.
• Represent the brand and monitor retail landscape.
