La Vie en Rose is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail team across lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear. You will drive sales, mentor staff, and ensure a welcoming customer experience while upholding brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to staffing and store operations. Flexible hours and holiday coverage are expected.

• Analyze sales and traffic data and share results with the team.
• Open and close the store and ensure policy compliance.
• Perform other duties to support the team.
