Responsibilities

• Advise customers to maximize sales potential and assist with fitting room needs.
• Provide warm welcomes, answer questions, and explain product details.
• Assist customers at the cash register and process transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and backstore.
• Support management in daily store operations and goals.
• Offer product recommendations and share top picks with customers.
• Be responsive to policies and procedures from head office.
• Perform other duties to support the team.
