You will manage in-store operations, monitor performance, plan staffing during peak periods, and uphold company standards while fostering a positive, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals and maintaining store standards.

• Ensure store activities run smoothly and tasks are coordinated with the management team.
• Open and close the store and manage daily administrative duties.
• Analyze sales and traffic data and share results with the team.
