Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every customer entering the store
• Help customers find products, explain features and suggest related items
• Be available in fitting rooms to assist customers
• Meet and aim to exceed personal sales goals with training support
• Prepare and place products on the sales floor for a great shopping experience
• Keep the store and backroom clean and organized
• Share top product picks with customers and stay updated on new items
• Assist at the cash register and process transactions
• Respect head office policies and procedures; perform other duties as needed
