We are seeking a management professional to join a dynamic team and lead store operations, sales, HR, and visual presentation in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion, strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to work holidays and longer hours

• Previous team management experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Train team members to provide strong customer support and sales techniques.
• Provide customers with a warm welcome and help them find products, and explain features.
• Coordinate store activities with the management team.
• Keep the store running smoothly and ensure outstanding customer service.
• Achieve personal sales goals with training support.
• Share information with the team to reach joint sales goals.
• Mobilize the team and create a positive work environment.
• Bring brand vision and culture to life on the job.
• Demonstrate leadership and act as a role model.
• Build a high-performance team: recruit, train, and source candidates.
• Manage absences and lateness.
• Create an attractive store using planograms and visuals.
• Monitor competition and reflect brand image to build loyalty.
• Plan orders and ensure visuals are set up.
• Maintain store and backstore cleanliness.
• Analyze sales and traffic reports and share results.
• Open and close the store.
• Follow head office policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed.
