Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support, acting as a welcoming first point of contact for all customers and colleagues.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide guidance, including supporting a seamless customer flow at store entrances and exits.
• Proactively identify and address potential safety hazards to ensure a secure and comfortable environment for everyone.
• Respond calmly and effectively to urgent situations, escalating as needed to ensure customer and colleague well-being.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall store operations and customer satisfaction.
