Job summary

Avana is seeking a Rental Home Specialist to drive occupancy and convert leads into signed leases in a fast-paced lease-up environment. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will own the full leasing cycle from inquiry to signed lease, including prospect management, showings, follow-up, and closing. The role requires strong closing skills, accountability, and the ability to meet targets.

Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on-site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing, sales, or related performance-driven experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed occupancy targets and KPIs.
• Strong closing skills and ability to ask for the sale.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy and lease-up targets through the full leasing cycle.
• Conduct prospect management, showings, and follow-ups to convert leads.
• Deliver professional property tours and build trust with prospects.
• Collaborate with Marketing to maximize listing performance and visibility.
• Maintain leasing records and manage multiple prospects in a fast-paced environment.
