Job summary

Weidner is seeking a Leasing Consultant who can connect with prospective and current residents, delivering warm, energetic service while driving occupancy and revenue retention. You will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies across the community to meet occupancy goals.

The role requires strong organization, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will respond to inquiries, process applications, and maintain property standards with a team

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with motivation to learn.
• Clear directions in person, over the phone, email and text.
• Must have access to personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path, open target viewing apartments, ensure rent-ready units.
• Respond to calls and emails promptly and set viewing appointments.
• Facilitate the application process and review applications promptly.
• Communicate results timely and respectfully to applicants.
• Maintain traffic in queue and uphold marketing strategies.
• Ensure common areas and amenities meet quality standards daily.
• Work with team and other properties as needed.
