Job summary

Integricon is seeking an Estimator (Restoration – Xactimate) to produce accurate, timely estimates for emergency, repair, and contents workstreams. You will own initial estimates, revisions, and supplements, collaborating with Project Managers, PCC, Operations, and adjusters to move files from assignment to approval and invoicing.

The role emphasizes thorough scope capture, site-condition alignment, and clear communication with stakeholders to ensure audit-ready files and optimized project

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration estimating (residential and/or commercial).
• Strong working knowledge of Xactimate.
• Ability to interpret site documentation, photos and sketches, and scopes and reports.
• Understanding of mitigation, reconstruction, and contents handling.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed and accurate Xactimate estimates for restoration projects across emergency, repair, and contents workstreams.
• Deliver estimates within SLA: emergency 48 hours, repair/contents 5 days; prioritize by urgency and impact.
• Prepare and submit revisions, supplements, and change orders; capture missed scope and changes.
• Validate estimates against site conditions and field inputs; ensure scope accuracy.
• Review subcontractor quotes for scope completeness and pricing accuracy.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and version history for internal and insurer reviews.
• Collaborate with PMs, PCCs, and Operations to support project execution.
