Job summary

INTEGRICON GROUP is seeking a Project Manager for restoration construction. You will own projects end-to-end, coordinating labour, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring budget, scope, and documentation are kept in order.

You will communicate with clients, adjusters, and managers, maintaining clear, proactive updates and mitigating risks before they become issues. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites are required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing restoration, construction, insurance repair, commercial repair, or emergency response projects.
• Strong ability to read estimates, scopes, contracts, drawings, and site documentation.
• Excellent communication with clients, adjusters, and teams under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle from site visit to closeout, including scope, schedule, budget, and documentation.
• Coordinate labor, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects on plan.
• Monitor financial performance, protect gross profit, and track costs and change orders.
• Ensure contract and program compliance with approved scope and approvals.
• Maintain proactive client communication and risk warnings to prevent issues.
