Job summary

INTEGRICON GROUP is seeking a Project Manager for restoration construction. You will own projects end-to-end, coordinating labour, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring budget, scope, and documentation are kept in order.

You will communicate with clients, adjusters, and managers, maintaining clear, proactive updates and mitigating risks before they become issues. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites are required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing restoration, construction, insurance repair, commercial repair, or emergency response projects.
• Strong ability to read estimates, scopes, contracts, drawings, and site documentation.
• Excellent communication with clients, adjusters, and teams under pressure.

PROJECT MANAGER - Restoration Construction

When someone's home has just flooded, or a business has shut its doors after a fire, they need one thing above everything else: someone who will take ownership and make it right.

We're hiring for a Project Manager who brings order to chaos, clear-eyed judgment to complex files, and genuine care to people on their worst day. You'll run projects end to end, construction, restoration, emergency, commercial, and insurance work, all held to one consistent standard of excellence, regardless of the file type or who's on the other end of the phone.

Homeowner or building owner, adjuster or property manager, emergency call or planned build, you'll manage every file with the same level of ownership, documentation, and follow-through. That consistency is what our clients, and our teams, rely on.

What You'll Own

• Full project lifecycle, from first site visit through completion, billing, and closeout, including scope, schedule, budget, and documentation.
• Coordination of labour, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep every project moving on time and on plan.
• Financial performance of your files: protecting gross profit, catching missed scope and change orders, and keeping costs tracked and approved.
• Contract and program compliance, making sure work matches approved scope and every required approval, permit, and closeout document is in hand.
• Clear, proactive communication, you're the calm, credible point of contact for clients, adjusters, consultants, and property managers alike.
• Early warning on risk, flagging schedule, scope, cost, or compliance concerns before they become problems.

What You Bring

• Experience managing construction, restoration, insurance repair, commercial repair, or emergency response projects.
• Working knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, trade coordination, and project financials.
• Comfort reading and interpreting estimates, scopes, contracts, drawings, specifications, and site documentation.
• Strong communication skills and genuine customer empathy, especially under pressure.
• The organizational range to run several active projects at different stages at once.
• A valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel to job sites as required.

Nice to Have

• Experience across multiple project types (residential, commercial, insurance, emergency).
• Familiarity with Xactimate or similar estimating and project management platforms.
• Background in insurance restoration, emergency mitigation, or carrier-guideline work.
• IICRC or other construction-related certifications.
