Job summary

First Onsite Restoration is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead in-house crews and coordinate restoration projects from start to finish across Canada. You’ll manage day-to-day site operations, review scopes, organize materials, and align schedules with Project Managers to deliver quality work on time and on budget.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication, safety discipline, and the ability to read drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction or restoration experience with proven supervisory success.
• Diploma, trade certification, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret scopes, drawings, and specifications.
• Skilled communicator with strong leadership and organization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile applications.
• IICRC certifications an asset.
• Valid Drivers license and clean driving abstract.
• Ability to complete work activities which may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and guide crews to success.
• Review scopes, organize materials, and coordinate schedules.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Construction Managers, verify progress, and uphold safety and quality.
• Provide on-site leadership and direction, train staff, and solve challenges as they arise.
• Keep projects on time, on budget, and built to last.
