Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support Project Managers on residential, commercial, and insurance restoration projects in Ottawa. You will coordinate intake, scheduling, documentation, communications, and emergency response activities to ensure on-time delivery.

The role involves acting as the central contact for clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams, while managing resources and maintaining project files.

Formación

• Previous experience in property restoration, remediation, construction, or insurance industry is a strong asset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong administrative and coordination experience in a deadline-driven setting.
• Highly organized with exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build positive working relationships.
• Dependable, reliable, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and urgent situations.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• English language proficiency required; bilingualism (English/French) is a significant asset.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Project Managers with coordinating residential, commercial, and insurance restoration projects from intake to completion.
• Vet and qualify projects, assess scope and urgency, assign resources, and transfer to PMs.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, updating on project status and inquiries.
• Liaise with insurance adjusters on scope, documentation, and scheduling.
• Use Xactimate and XactAnalysis for estimating, documentation, and file management.
• Coordinate emergency mitigation and restoration, including crew scheduling and dispatch.
• Maintain project schedules, deadlines, and communications among stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, track costs and invoices, support procurement and closeout.
