Job summary

Integricon Group in Ottawa, Ontario is seeking a Project Manager to lead restoration construction claims from scope to completion. You will supervise site inspections, prepare estimates, liaise with insurance partners, and coordinate trades to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in restoration project management, IICRC certification, and proficiency with Xactimate; Encircle is an asset. A valid driver’s license and travel ability are expected.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
Minimum 2–5 years of restoration project management experience.
IICRC certification and Water course completion.
Proficiency with Xactimate; Encircle is an asset.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage restoration projects up to $300,000 and maintain project profitability.
Coordinate sales, estimating and administrative tasks.
Perform site inspections and prepare loss scopes.
Update insurance and internal databases with required details.
Complete job sale with property owner and collect payments.
Communicate with Adjusters and other stakeholders to facilitate production.
Coordinate subcontractors and in-house labour to meet schedules and quality.
