Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative role is essential.
• Experience in construction/restoration/property management or insurance is preferred.
• Strong typing ability at 40 wpm and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and multitasking capabilities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Open jobs in PSA Web & Encircle and review data for accuracy.
• Coordinate with PM team to prepare action plans with resources, timelines and budgets.
• Manage schedules, site communications and documentation in PSA/XA/Encircle.
• Prepare and send traditional quotes/scopes to clients and follow up on invoices.
• Maintain project information with property owners, internal teams and sub-trades.
