Job summary

On Side Restoration Services Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee diverse restoration projects and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will navigate job sites, coordinate teams, and work with insurance adjusters to ensure smooth claims and outcomes. You’ll travel within Canada, attend the Chemainus branch for meetings and training, and support business development while maintaining high quality standards and timely project completion.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of Project Management experience in restoration.
• Experience with Xactimate.
• Strong written and verbal communication for customer service.
• Willingness to travel within Canada to support cross-region teammates.
• Clean criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage restoration projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters to ensure seamless claims handling.
• Lead and support restoration staff during disaster remediation, cleaning, packing, rebuilding, and completion stages.
• Deliver superior customer service to property owners, businesses, and families.
• Identify new opportunities and contribute to business development efforts.
