  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital project management tools.
  • Experience with XactAnalysis; Xactimate knowledge is an asset.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines; problem-solve effectively.
  • Solid understanding of job costing, profitability, and client billing processes.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with team members, subtrades, and clients.

Responsibilities

As our Project Coordinator (internally known as Project Coordinator II), you'll take ownership of key administrative and coordination tasks that keep restoration projects moving forward with precision. You'll support Project Managers and Construction Managers by tracking timelines, managing documentation, and ensuring every file meets company standards. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves working in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping everything running like clockwork.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT COORDINATOR

As a Project Coordinator, you'll be the connection point that keeps teams, timelines, and details aligned. You'll review project files, verify that milestones and KPIs are being met, and communicate regularly with Project Managers, Construction Managers, subcontractors, and clients. You'll prepare invoices, follow up on receivables, and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless project flow and timely billing. You'll troubleshoot issues before they cause delays, provide clear updates to stakeholders, and help guide Project Coordinator I team members when needed. Your initiative, organization, and strong communication skills will help drive operational excellence and ensure every project meets expectations from start to finish.
