Job summary

First Onsite - CA is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee restoration and rebuild projects from estimation to completion in Belleville, ON. You will scope losses, prepare detailed estimates, manage budgets, and lead teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure profitability and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in restoration or construction, Xactimate expertise, and IICRC certifications. Strong communication, planning, and safety knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Project Manager in restoration or construction.
• Xactimate experience is a MUST HAVE for estimations.
• Experience managing multiple projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of restoration practices, safety, and codes.
• Experience reading plans, developing scopes, and negotiating with clients/adjusters.
• Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile apps; Xactimate Level 2 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration and rebuild projects from estimation to completion.
• Scope losses, prepare detailed estimates, and manage budgets.
• Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and resources to keep projects on schedule.
• Engage homeowners, adjusters, and insurers to align expectations.
• Mentor junior project managers and supervisors, ensuring consistency.
