Job summary

Taco Time Canada in Victoria is seeking a hands-on team member for a fast-paced food service environment. The role includes establishing schedules, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring quality and safety standards while training teammates.

This on-site position offers 21 CAD per hour for 35–40 hours per week, with potential advancement as you gain experience. Candidates should have a college certificate (3 months to <1 year) and 7 months to <1 year of related experience.

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules.

  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Hire food service staff.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
