Salary: $34.10 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Shifts: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Night, Overtime, Weekend
Start Date: As soon as possible
Vacancies: 1 vacancy

Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Work Setting: Restaurant
Work Must Be Completed: At the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks:

  1. Establish methods to meet work schedules
  2. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  3. Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  4. Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  5. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  6. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  7. Prepare and submit reports
  8. Prepare food order summaries for chef
  9. Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres
  10. Supervise and check assembly of trays
  11. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  12. Establish work schedules
