Qualifications

• Expérience: 2 années à moins de 3 années
• Food Safety Certificates requis

Responsibilities

• Établir des méthodes pour respecter les horaires de travail
• Superviser et coordonner les activités du personnel qui préparent et portionnent les aliments
• Former le personnel sur les tâches, la sécurité et l’hygiène
• Estimer les ingrédients et fournitures nécessaires à la préparation des repas
• S’assurer que les aliments et le service respectent les standards de qualité
• Résoudre les plaintes ou préoccupations des clients
• Maintenir les registres des stocks, réparations, ventes et pertes
• Préparer et soumettre les rapports
• Superviser l’assemblage des plateaux et la livraison des chariots alimentaires
• Établir les plannings de travail
