Job Description

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that aligns with our “we’ve been expecting you” guest experience. You will lead, teach, and role model your team, making business decisions focused on delivering exceptional guest service while achieving financial and performance goals.

Weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant, public areas, server stations, and storage areas are immaculate for a great first impression.
• Maintain high standards of guest service by supervising staff, addressing concerns, and ensuring efficient service.
• Greet guests promptly and courteously.
• Develop strong product knowledge about the menu and features, and answer guest inquiries.
• Ensure responsible service of food and alcohol, following all health, safety, and legal regulations.

Requirements, Experience, and Education

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• ProServe certification is required.
• Knowledge of Micros/Oracle PMS is an asset.
• Tech-savvy.

Working Conditions
