Job Description

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring high standards in guest service while achieving financial goals. You will lead, train, and serve as a role model for your team, making decisions that uphold our standards of excellence.

Weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and inviting restaurant environment for optimal first impressions.
  • Monitor staff to ensure high-quality guest service and address concerns promptly.
  • Greet guests courteously and promptly.
  • Develop product knowledge to answer guest inquiries confidently.
  • Ensure responsible service of food and alcohol, adhering to all health, safety, and legal regulations.

Requirements

  • At least one year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • ProServe certification is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Micros/Oracle PMS is a plus.
  • Proficient in English and tech-savvy.

Working Conditions
