Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead and empower a diverse team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to brand standards. You will coach staff, manage shifts, and collaborate with the owner to optimize operations and drive sales.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in quick-service supervision, strong communication, and a passion for coaching teams in a fast-paced environment. Availability for day and/or afternoon shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school completion.
• 6am-3pm or 2pm-11pm availability.
• Tim Hortons or similar quick-service supervision experience.

Position Summary

As a Restaurant Supervisor you empower and lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding. You have the knowledge, skills and long-term vision to support the Restaurant Owner in running a successful business.

You are anexpert attraining and coaching a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high standards of operation. Your high standards for operational excellence allow you to easily plan and execute methods of increasing sales and achieving targeted costs. You thrive in the fast-paced atmosphere and love coming to work every day!

Your 1-3 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role combined with your practical knowledge of recruiting, training and coaching team members makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

Work location

Applicants should bewilling to work in one or moreof the following locations:

• Demonstrate a passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences
• Available forDay Shiftand/or Afternoon Shift
• Have Tim Hortons (or similar environment) experience (supervisor/management)
• Pride yourself on building relationships with guests and your team
• Have strong operational experience
• Have a passion for coaching and mentoring and are comfortable delegating tasks
• Are ready to take on the full responsibility of running a Tim Hortons restaurant
• Enjoy leading a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
• Are able to engage others and develop high performance within your team

Requirements

Must be able to lift 25 lbs

Previous experience in Quick Service

Friendly and outgoing

Have own Transportation

Must be able to work 6am-3pm / 2pm-11pm

Good command of English and/or French

Living/willing to live close to the location

Tim Hortons experience preferred

Completion of secondary school at minimum
