Job summary

Tim Hortons in British Columbia is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations, supervise team members, and ensure guest satisfaction across shifts.

You will schedule shifts, train new staff, manage inventory, respond to guest feedback, and uphold safety standards. The role requires a high school diploma, English proficiency, and at least one year of related experience. Accommodations available upon request.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school education is required.
• Knowledge of English language is required.
• Minimum one year of previous work experience required in a similar field.
• Must be prepared to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team members to ensure primary and secondary duties are completed.
• Provides ongoing, specific direction to team members.
• Schedule shifts for staff members like team leaders, counter attendants.
• Maintain adequate level of inventory and minimize stock wastage.
• Provide training to new employees.
• Responds to guest service complaints in a timely manner and resolve them.
• Perform same duties as workers supervised.
• Must be available to work for any shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Assists the Restaurant Manager in driving sales and transactions during their shift.
• Ensures health and safety policies are followed during the shift including documentation and reporting of any work related injuries or accidents.
• Encourages an exciting and fun work environment while motivating team members to meet goals.
• Leads by example and demonstrates the importance of treating every team member and guest with respect; works in compliance with OHS legislation.
• Complies with and enforces all Tim Hortons operating standards.
