Job summary

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in Canada seeks a restaurant supervisor to lead the kitchen and front-of-house teams. The role focuses on supervising food preparation, maintaining quality and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Establish work schedules
