Job summary

McDonald's is seeking an experienced supervisor for an on-site role in Canada. You will supervise crew members, train staff on duties, sanitation, and safety, and ensure quality in food preparation and service.

You will also help maintain stock and waste records and support continuous improvement in operations. The position requires 2–3 years of relevant experience and offers a stable full-time role with shifts including mornings, days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• No degree, certificate or diploma required.
• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience.
• Experience supervising staff in a fast-food setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
