Job summary

Qualifications

• College/CEGEP or non-university certificate or diploma, 1–2 years.
• 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related role.
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory and staff.

Responsibilities

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain profits.
• Develop budget for costs of food, ingredients, alcohol and supplies.
• Evaluate daily operations.
• Recruit staff and set work schedules.
• Implement operational procedures and service offerings.
• Cost products and services and organize inventory.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
