Job summary

Eleven Foods Incorporated in Fergus, ON is seeking a Restaurant assistant manager who is self-motivated and has good interpersonal skills. The candidate who got selected will be required to start work as soon as possible.

This is a permanent, full-time position with two vacancies. The successful candidate will plan, organise, direct and evaluate daily operations, set service standards, supervise staff, manage inventories and respond to customer concerns while ensuring health and safety

Qualifications

• Fluent English language proficiency.
• Certificate or diploma from a College, CEGEP, or similar post-secondary program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
• 1–2 years of experience in a related industry.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
• Determine service types and implement operational procedures.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Price goods and services.
• Organise and keep inventory.
• Monitor revenues and adjust procedures and prices as needed.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Create staff work schedules and monitor performance.
• Respond to customer complaints or concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Recruit, train and supervise employees.
