Job summary

LOCAL PIZZA in Duncan, BC is seeking a Restaurant Operations Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen and front-of-house activities. You will develop budgets, supervise staff, plan schedules, monitor costs, and ensure service quality and safety standards are met.

• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• Leading/instructing individuals.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Provide customer service.
• Manage events.
• Manage kitchen operations.
• Perform same duties as workers supervised.
