Responsibilities

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain profits.
• Develop budget to determine food, beverage, and supply costs.
• Evaluate daily operations and monitor revenues.
• Monitor labor costs and staff performance.
• Plan, recruit, and schedule staff; supervise and train them.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate supplier arrangements and participate in marketing plans.
• Address customer complaints and provide excellent service.
