Job summary

Oodle Noodle is seeking a hands-on Operations role at our Edmonton location. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage inventory and supervise staff to ensure efficient service and adherence to safety standards.

This on-site position requires 2–3 years of experience, strong MS Office skills and a customer-focused approach to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
• Experience with MS Office and basic computer literacy required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance reviews.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Provide customer service.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
