Job summary

Olive Garden is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily dining room operations and lead a fast-paced team with a focus on exceptional guest service. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards and nurturing strong relationships with guests and staff.

You will coach and develop associates, implement brand standards, and balance staffing and schedules to support a vibrant, guest‑centric environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Front of House Management experience.
• Ability to run the front of house and lead all shifts to meet Brand standards.
• Demonstrated hospitality values with a passion for people and service excellence.
• Willingness to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the dining room as directed by the Franchise Owner and General Manager.
• Ensure the store is operating to all standards of a Benchmark Restaurant and delivering a Perfect Guest Experience every time.
• Continue to develop and coach associates.

What you will do in this role:
