Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory role.
• Education: Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and POS systems; inventory record keeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits.
• Evaluate daily operations.
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost.
• Monitor staff performance and supervise staff.
• Recruit staff and set staff work schedules.
• Provide customer service and train staff.
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
• Cost products and services; organize and maintain inventory.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
