Job summary

Robin's Donuts in Paradise, NL is seeking a capable shift supervisor to oversee cafe operations on-site. You will manage staff, ensure quality, and uphold safety standards while delivering friendly service.

With 2–3 years of relevant experience and a Safe Food Handling certificate, you will train team members, monitor stock and waste, and handle customer concerns in a fast-paced coffee shop environment.

Qualifications

• No formal degree required.
• 2 years to less than 3 years experience in a similar role.
• On-site work at the Paradise, NL location.
• Safe Food Handling certificate is preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
• Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
