Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant Manager in Canada to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensure superior guest service, high-quality food, and a motivated team. You will help with inventory, cost control, and safety standards while developing staff and handling scheduling and payroll tasks as needed.

The role emphasizes leadership, guest satisfaction, and adherence to health and safety regulations within a busy Popeyes restaurant in Halifax.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a fast-service restaurant setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to motivate a team to achieve goals.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform reaching/bending tasks.

Responsibilities
